WTO Broach and Spline Processing Unit
Key grooves and splines can be processed using NC lathes and multi-tasking machines. It is possible to reduce and shorten the processes.
Using an NC lathe's rotating tools, machining of keyways and splines (internal and external diameters) can be performed. Processing with a single chuck becomes possible, allowing for improved product accuracy and reduced processes. High-speed machining is achievable with a stroke of 1000 rpm.
